The Beach is so fun!
We
went looking for this particular park that is supposed to be a bird
sanctuary but being an idiot I used Mapquest to find it which means of course that I didn’t. Instead we drove around until we came to Vero beach and we stopped just to breathe the fresh air and maybe get our feet wet. We didn’t plan to stay but Ethan began playing in the waves, running to and fro and his laughter was so easy and infectious we were soon all having a blast as I snapped away.

I sooooooooo love the ocean. What I wouldn’t give to be a child on the beach again. Ethan must be feeling such wonder and awe. I am…just looking at the pics. Maybe Mapquest did a good thing this time. You can set out perhaps on another quest to find the bird sanctuary some other day.

Glad you stopped at Vero Beach. It’s my old home town. I haven’t lived there since 1991. It’s changed a lot with the subdivisions springing up where the orange groves used to be. I didn’t take advantage of the beaches like I should have at the time. I try to go to Vilano Beach in St. Augustine when I can. Thanks for stopping by my site and will add a link to yours soon. Please stop by my other one as well and give me some feedback on the guest book if you would like. Thanks! http://www.npplace.com
